My name is David Collenberg.

I’m a 44-year-old native son of California, a proud father of six, and a fifth-generation farmer. This land is not just where I live — it’s who I am.

I’ve worked California soil my entire life. I’ve faced droughts, navigated burdensome regulations, survived economic downturns, and fought to keep a family business alive in a state that too often makes it harder than it should be. I’ve seen firsthand what working families, farmers, small businesses, and rural communities are up against.

And I’m running for Lieutenant Governor because California deserves leadership rooted in real-world experience — not bureaucracy.

As a father, I ask the same question every parent asks:
Will our children inherit a better California than we did?

Right now, too many families are struggling with rising costs, unsafe communities, housing shortages, regulatory overreach, and a government that feels distant and unaccountable.

It doesn’t have to be this way.
